🎥 Content Creation

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content and photography
• Use professional equipment (DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, audio) to create high-quality visuals
• Capture moments that reflect our values and enhance brand awareness

📱 Social Media Management

• Assist in managing and scheduling daily content across platforms including:
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn
  • X (Twitter)
• Ensure all posts align with campaigns, tone of voice, and brand guidelines
• Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to synchronise creative output

📊 Performance Monitoring

• Track performance metrics using platform analytics tools
• Report on engagement, reach, and growth
• Identify opportunities to optimise content and strategy based on data

💬 Community Engagement

• Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely, brand-consistent tone
• Support organic community-building and customer interaction
• Help maintain a positive and professional brand presence

🌍 Trend Spotting & Innovation

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and content innovations
• Bring fresh ideas to brainstorms and team meetings
• Experiment with emerging content formats to drive engagement

✅ What We’re Looking For

This role is best suited to someone with a solid foundation in media, content creation, and marketing — who’s now ready to take ownership of social content with impact and purpose.

✨ Essential Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in a social media or content creation role
  (Graduates with strong portfolios are also encouraged to apply)
• Educational background in Media, Film, Photography, or a related creative field
• Proficiency in:
  • DSLR/mirrorless camera operation
  • Lighting and basic audio recording tools
  • Editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Keen eye for visual storytelling, layout, and brand cohesion
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Working knowledge of social media scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
• Familiarity with social media analytics platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Creative mindset with a problem-solving approach

🚗 Additional Requirements

• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• Must live within 40 minutes commuting distance of Chobham, GU24
