Your Impact

As a Supply Chain Network Analyst, you’ll lead inventory optimization across SharkNinja’s EMEA warehouse network. Therefore, in this pivotal role, you’ll keep our supply chain running smoothly, ensuring excellent product availability, outstanding service levels, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced, multi-warehouse environment.

Your day-to-day will typically include:

• Balancing inventory flows: You’ll ensure optimal balance to meet demand across our multiple UK and EU warehouses.
• Defining inventory parameters: You’ll establish these parameters to deliver first-class service and consistent product availability.
• Supporting DTC site availability: You will specifically support our direct-to-consumer site availability and collaborate closely with Commercial teams for promotions.
• Partnering with Order Management: You’ll work with this team to optimize lead times and reduce logistics costs.
• Supporting Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE): You will provide crucial support by developing short-term supply balance solutions.
• Driving reporting improvements: You’ll continuously seek and implement enhancements in reporting and explore new technology solutions.
• Using planning tools and data: You will leverage these to simulate various supply scenarios and improve overall decision-making.
• Conducting root cause analyses: You’ll investigate disruptions thoroughly and implement effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Who You Are

We’re seeking a professional who brings:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Two to four years of proven experience in supply planning, operations analytics, or similar supply chain roles.
• A strong grasp of core supply chain principles, including MRP, DRP, lead time management, and inventory optimization.
• Advanced Excel skills; additionally, experience with ERP or planning systems (such as SAP, Oracle, etc.) is highly valued.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You must be a confident communicator who can work cross-functionally and effectively influence stakeholders.
