🎯 Overview of the Online Marketing Support Role

As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Marketing Director. You will support all aspects of the company’s marketing activities. This is a hands-on role where you will execute, monitor, and report on digital campaigns.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities for This Multi-Channel Specialist

Your daily tasks will be diverse and engaging. For example, you will:

• Direct Support: Support the Marketing Director across all marketing functions.

• Social Media: Create, schedule, and publish content on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Multimedia Content: Assist with video podcasts and audio content distribution.

• Growth Strategies: Grow social media followers and YouTube subscribers using targeted strategies.

• Market Monitoring: Monitor social channels, industry news, and partner updates regularly.

• Web Management: Build and update website content using WordPress. Therefore, we will provide training if needed.

• Digital Ads: Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across social platforms and Google Ads.

• Performance Tracking: Track website analytics and campaign performance.

• Campaign Execution: Execute and evaluate digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

• CRM Management: Manage campaign leads using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

• Event Support: Assist with webinars, corporate events, and partner briefings.

• Design Updates: Support in updating marketing templates, brochures, and presentations.

✅ Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated professional with the following skills:

• Experience: You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role.

• Communication: You possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Technical Skills: You have hands-on experience with major social media platforms.

• CMS Knowledge: WordPress experience is preferred.

• Software Proficiency: You are proficient in MS Word and Excel.

• Design Tools: You have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop.

• Organization: You demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Attitude: You have a passion for digital marketing and a proactive, positive attitude.

⏰ Working Hours & Location

• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

• Setting: Office-based role in Chertsey, Surrey.
