About the Role

As an IT Delivery Manager, you will lead a talented team of technology specialists. You will oversee delivery across our cutting-edge Corporate Life & Pensions (CLP) solutions. Furthermore, you’ll stand at the forefront of Zurich’s global transformation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-focused digital solutions.

Ultimately, you will combine leadership, deep technical expertise, and strategic planning. This will allow you to shape Zurich’s digital journey—from improving platform performance to fostering a culture of agile innovation and continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your core duties will involve:

• Leading and inspiring a diverse team of technology specialists, guiding them toward excellence.
• Overseeing the design, development, and delivery of new CLP capabilities.
• Applying expertise in React, .NET, MS SQL, Azure DevOps, and Rest APIs to build scalable solutions.
• Fostering collaboration with global business units to enhance platform performance.
• Ensuring service delivery meets strict business expectations and compliance standards.
• Driving agile methodologies and continuous improvement across your team.
• Managing vendors and overseeing technology upgrades to reduce operational risks effectively.
• Supporting audits and ensuring readiness for new projects and releases.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a professional who brings:

• Proven experience in Application Design, Development, and IT Delivery Management.
• Hands-on experience with .NET, SQL, React, Azure DevOps, and Rest APIs.
• An understanding of Databricks, Mulesoft, and Agile frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing diverse teams and facilitating global collaboration.
• Lastly, a proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the insurance or financial services sectors.
• Familiarity with model serving and integrated platform delivery.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus!).
