The Role
As our new Social Media Assistant, you will act as the heart of our online presence. Specifically, you will support content creation, community engagement, and brand storytelling. This is a hands-on, highly creative role where your energy and ideas will directly influence how our brand connects with the world.
What You’ll Do
Your daily tasks will be varied and exciting. For instance, you will handle the following duties:

Video Production: You will create and publish engaging short-form video content to inspire our audience. 🎥

Asset Management: You will repurpose trip footage, User-Generated Content (UGC), and various creator assets.

Community Management: You will manage daily engagement on our social platforms to foster a strong sense of community.

Performance Tracking: You will track performance metrics and test new trends, ideas, and formats.

Campaign Support: In addition, you will support major launches, marketing campaigns, and storytelling projects.
What We’re Looking For
We want to find a candidate who truly cares about our mission. Ideally, you bring these skills:

Experience: You have around 1 year of experience in social media or content creation, including internships or personal projects.

Platform Knowledge: You possess a strong understanding of how Instagram and TikTok function.

Technical Skills: You have the ability to shoot and edit high-quality video content independently.

Communication: You have great writing skills and a sharp eye for visual storytelling. ✍️
