About the Role

As an IT Project Manager, you will independently manage one or more projects, ensuring their successful planning, execution, and delivery within the agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget. This role involves building strong stakeholder relationships, promoting transparency throughout the project lifecycle, and contributing to the growth of agile and transformation skills within our Project Management Office (PMO).

Key Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Project Scoping: You will draft project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. 🤝
• Defining Success: You will define critical success factors and communicate expectations clearly.
• Timeline Management: You will plan and schedule project timelines using tools like MS Project or Jira. 🗂️
• Tracking & Forecasting: You will track milestones, deliverables, and financial forecasts. 💰
• Vendor & Team Engagement: You will engage with vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless project delivery.
• Feasibility Studies: You will conduct feasibility studies and support the creation of benefit cases.
• Strategic Partnership: You will act as a key strategic partner for Executive Sponsors and Steering Committees.
• Transformation Initiatives: You will promote agile practices and support broader organizational transformation.

Education, Skills & Experience

We are looking for a candidate with:

Essential:

• Direct experience in project management and project execution.
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills. 🧑‍💼
• A degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Iterative delivery methods.
• Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project or Jira.

Desirable:

• Experience in a legal or professional services background is a distinct advantage. ⚖️
• Experience in HR, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Legal, IT Applications, or Infrastructure projects.
• A recognized certification, such as PMP, PRINCE II, or similar.
