What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll play a key role in managing the day-to-day supply of products. Essentially, you’ll help ensure our shelves are always stocked and our customers are happy. From forecasting stock needs to managing orders and collaborating closely with vendors, you’ll directly help us meet availability and stock targets across all our stores and online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support forecasting: You will support forecasting and replenishment plans to maximize product availability.
• Deliver targets: You will deliver on stock and inventory targets across multiple sales channels.
• Manage orders: You will raise import and domestic orders, while also managing proposals from the forecasting system.
• Input product data: You will accurately input product information for Distribution Centres and stores, ensuring timely and precise orders.
• Liaise with vendors: You will maintain compliance by liaising effectively with international and domestic vendors.
• Run reports: You will run essential reports, support other Supply Chain Analysts, and complete administrative tasks.
• Improve processes: You will actively challenge existing processes, suggest improvements, and train team members on new procedures.
• Utilize tools: You will use various tools and reports to manage replenishment and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage workload: You will effectively balance your workload and meet all required deadlines.

• The ability to confidently and efficiently analyze complex data.
• A good understanding of forecasting and replenishment systems (this is desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, even when working under pressure.
• A solid grasp of key stock performance indicators.
