About the Role

As a key member of our Representative Sales team, you will play a vital role in driving our growth. You will build strong relationships with end-users to truly understand their needs and deliver solutions tailored to their specific requirements. Additionally, you will work closely with our commercial, chef, and innovation teams to enhance customer engagement. Ultimately, you will identify and win new business through creative approaches.

Your responsibilities will also include conducting market and channel research to identify new opportunities and influence future product development. Furthermore, you will proudly represent Saputo at various exhibitions and trade shows to showcase our product portfolio and generate new leads. You will also provide valuable support on projects, using a problem-solving approach to unlock new value for both new and existing businesses.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be the perfect fit if you possess:

• Proven experience in sales or customer management within the FMCG, retail, or food service sectors.
• A strong track record of identifying and winning new business through creative and innovative approaches.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, coupled with resilience and a strong drive to succeed.
• Outstanding commercial acumen and the ability to use data-driven insights to inform your strategy.
