As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the primary driving force behind outbound prospecting efforts. Your main goal is identifying key decision-makers and scheduling valuable consultations for our Mid-Market Account Executives. What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day focus will be on driving engagement and generating quality leads:

  • Outbound Activity: You will make high-volume outbound calls to effectively engage potential customers. 📞

  • Prospecting: You will meticulously prospect and research companies using powerful tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and others. 🔍

  • Qualification: You are responsible for qualifying leads and identifying the key decision-makers within target organizations. 🎯

  • Scheduling: You will successfully schedule high-quality consultations for the Account Executives. 📅

  • Follow-Up: You will confirm, follow up, and reschedule meetings to maximize consultation attendance. 🔄

  • Value Demonstration: You will clearly demonstrate value, helping prospects understand how our solutions improve efficiency and risk management. 💡

  • Tracking & Reporting: You will accurately track your performance and update CRM records diligently. 📊

  • Strategy Refinement: You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, marketing teams, and leadership to continuously refine outreach strategies. 🤝

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • The number of consultations successfully booked.

  • The attendance rate of those consultations.

  • Your daily/weekly outbound activity metrics.

  • The conversion rate from calls to booked meetings.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • You must have 5+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or SDR-type roles.

  • A strong passion for technology and software sales is essential.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

  • You must be comfortable with rejection and high-volume outreach activities.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) is required.

  • Knowledge of effective outbound prospecting strategies is expected.

  • Ultimately, you must be self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.

Preferred:

  • Experience in SaaS, workplace technology, or related industries is a plus.

  • Experience working remotely and managing freelancers is beneficial.

  • A strong understanding of best practices for lead qualification is highly desirable.
