We are actively seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant Job Opportunity in the United Kingdom to join our friendly retail team in Straiton (EH20 9PW). This permanent position offers £12.21 per hour for 21 hours per week in our vibrant Home and Fashion Store, specifically focused within the fashion department. Please note that our stores operate 7 days a week, so we require flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering first-class customer service and ensuring our store runs smoothly. Crucially, this isn’t just about working the till—it’s about being part of a mission that changes lives!

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers and providing exceptional service.
• Organising and merchandising donated items to boost sales and appeal.
• Supporting the E-Commerce team by assisting with online listings.
• Handling donations efficiently and maintaining a tidy, welcoming store environment.
• Acting as a Keyholder, ensuring smooth store operations when managers are off duty (you must be 18+ to assume this responsibility).

Furthermore, the role can be physically demanding and involves moving multiple donation bags, so a level of physical fitness is necessary.
