Job Overview

• Location: Birmingham B25 8LD
• Salary: Starting at £26,000 – £29,000 per year + Strong Commission Structure
• First-Year OTE: £28,000 – £29,000 (On-Target Earnings, inclusive of commission).
• Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)
• Employment Type: Permanent

What You’ll Do

As a Recruitment Consultant, your key responsibilities will involve:

• Process Management: You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial business development right through to successful placements.
• Client Acquisition: You will actively identify and win new clients within the driving and industrial industries.
• Relationship Building: You will build lasting, professional relationships with clients and work to fully understand their specific staffing needs.
• Candidate Sourcing: You will source and thoroughly screen candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and referrals.
• Compliance: You must ensure that all legal and industry compliance standards are consistently met.
• Target Achievement: You will work towards sales and performance targets with the benefit of full support and training.
• Aftercare Service: You will provide excellent onboarding and aftercare services to both clients and candidates.
