About the Role

As an IT Project Manager, you will lead and deliver multiple IT projects of various sizes and complexities. You will also collaborate with business sponsors and PMOs to build compelling business cases and ensure project prioritization is seamless.

Your work will span the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), where you’ll deliver projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Ultimately, you’ll communicate effectively with stakeholders across the bank and head office to ensure project success.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in banking or financial services.
• A strong background across the full SDLC.
• Experience in small to mid-sized banks.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Relevant PM certifications (APM, PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
