Key Responsibilities

As our Technical IT Project Manager, you will:

• Lead projects: You’ll lead IT infrastructure and systems integration projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate effectively: You will work closely with internal teams across IT, finance, and operations, as well as with third-party vendors.
• Implement and optimize systems: You will implement and optimize NetSuite ERP workflows, customizations, and reporting tools.
• Manage integrations: You’ll manage Boomi integration processes and resolve data flow issues promptly.
• Track progress: You will use Jira for sprint planning, project tracking, and maintaining transparency.
• Maintain documentation: You’ll be responsible for maintaining project documentation, including specifications, reports, and risk assessments.
• Support improvements: You will support system testing, deployment, and continuous process improvements.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a candidate who brings:

• Solid project management experience in a technical IT environment.
• Hands-on expertise in NetSuite ERP and Boomi AtomSphere integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Jira for Agile or hybrid project delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, though not essential.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly advantageous.

• Competitive pay: We offer a salary of £45,000 – £65,000 per year.
