About the Sheffield Role Review Programme (SRRP)
The SRRP is a crucial people-centred initiative designed to ensure fair and consistent job evaluations across Sheffield City Council. At its core, this programme is about equity, transparency, and dignity in the workplace. As part of the SRRP Team, you’ll be supporting the delivery of these values through practical coordination and communication excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the SRRP Co-ordinator, you’ll be working directly with key stakeholders and departments to ensure the smooth running of this city-wide project. Your responsibilities will include:
📝 Project & Programme Coordination
- Leading the coordination of core programme activities across departments.
- Supporting the job evaluation process by tracking changes, maintaining audit trails, and ensuring compliance.
- Keeping documentation accurate, accessible, and up to date using electronic systems.
- Responding to programme-related queries with clarity and professionalism.
📊 Data, Reporting & Analysis
- Maintaining detailed records of actions, changes, and decisions.
- Collecting, organising, and analysing management information to drive programme efficiency.
- Generating regular progress reports, ensuring transparency and tracking of key milestones.
📅 Meetings, Workshops & Briefings
- Planning and executing various workshops, meetings, and briefings.
- Taking and distributing meeting minutes, capturing key actions and follow-ups.
- Ensuring all sessions are inclusive, effective, and aligned with programme goals.
🔄 Independent Project Management
- Taking ownership of smaller related projects from initiation to completion.
- Leading communications, timelines, and delivery for these assignments.
- Acting as a bridge between internal teams and the broader SRRP framework.

Work Environment & Flexibility
This is a Sheffield-based role, and the successful candidate will be required to attend our local offices and travel to different sites across the city depending on business needs.
