Your Role

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Client Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact between our clients and our talented team of designers and developers.
• Project Management: Overseeing multiple eCommerce projects to ensure that deadlines, budgets, and specifications are consistently met.
• Requirements Interpretation: Interpreting client requirements and clearly communicating them to internal teams.
• Scope & Estimates: Managing project scope and providing cost estimates for any additional client requests.
• Timeline Management: Monitoring project timelines using Gantt charts and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Financial Oversight: Handling invoicing in line with project milestones and working closely with our accounts team.
• Presentations & Training: Occasionally presenting case studies to potential clients and delivering training sessions.
• Resource Coordination: Coordinating resources within a fast-paced, evolving schedule.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring every project maintains high standards of quality, functionality, and technical excellence.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience with eCommerce sites, processes, and strategy (either agency and/or client-side).
• Skills in writing functional specifications, creating sitemaps, and developing test plans.
• Strong knowledge of digital design and development processes.
• A proven ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Analytical skills to derive insights from data.
• Familiarity with website hosting, analytics, and SEO.
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• The ability to grow accounts and enhance client performance.

Bonus skills include:

• Experience with Synergist, Mantis, or similar bug-tracking tools.
• Expertise in Magento and Shopify.
