As our new Web Project Manager, you will work in close collaboration with our development and design teams to transform client requirements into actionable deliverables. You will also be the main point of contact for clients across various industries, ensuring projects run smoothly from the initial concept to the final launch.

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Communication: Lead all communications with web clients, managing queries and requests with confidence.
• Project Oversight: Oversee projects from the initial concept phase all the way through to launch.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all processes and quality standards are consistently followed.
• Budget and Schedule Management: Keep projects on budget and on schedule, escalating risks as soon as they arise.
• Reporting: Produce detailed project reports and suggest continuous improvements.
• Collaboration: Work with our design, SEO, and development teams to ensure campaign success.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong, positive client relationships and proactively promote post-launch services.
• Cross-Departmental Work: Manage work across different departments for optimal results.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate developers, designers, and solutions architects to ensure successful project delivery.
• Change Management: Monitor client change requests against the original scope and ensure timely invoicing.
• Innovation: Drive innovation and process improvements by conducting retrospectives.

Skills & Experience Required

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong knowledge of web development technologies and WordPress.
• Proven experience in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the brief.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• A positive, solutions-focused mindset.

Desirable Skills:

• WordPress content entry skills.
• A project management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile, APM).
• Experience with Jira and Tempo.
