About This Project Management Graduate Role:

Join our well-established graduate scheme and become a vital member of our Global Project Management team. Based in Leeds, you will collaborate closely with experienced professionals, acquiring a comprehensive portfolio of essential project management skills. These skills include building strong client relationships, effective communication strategies, developing commercial acumen, understanding health and safety protocols, and fostering effective teamwork. As a key component of your training, you will also undertake a six-month rotation at one of our overseas manufacturing plants. This international experience will prepare you to successfully take on your initial project management roles in diverse global locations following the programme.

Qualifications & Requirements for Our Project Management Graduate Programme:

Essential:

• You must hold a minimum of a 2:2 degree in a business-related subject, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Global mobility is essential, as your initial roles following the training programme will be located outside of Leeds (relocation assistance will be provided).
• You must possess the right to work in the United Kingdom.
• We are looking for individuals with strong integrity, resilience, energy, and a clear focus on achieving results.
• You must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues across diverse teams.

Preferred:

• Demonstrated interest in the field of project management within a dynamic and global context would be advantageous.
