What You’ll Be Doing

As an Operations Executive, your role will be diverse and hands-on:

• You will respond promptly to emails and support queries, maintaining accurate customer records. 📨
• Furthermore, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, efficiently solving any issues that arise. 🤝
• You will proactively call clients to follow up on their property sales progress. 📞
• Additionally, you will use our custom software to track property journeys and keep our database meticulously up-to-date. 💻
• You will handle disputes fairly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolutions. 🧩
• Finally, you will provide essential administrative support across the wider Operations Team whenever needed. 🗂️

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings:

• The ability to multitask effectively, coupled with top-notch organizational skills. 📋
• Strong attention to detail and a highly process-driven approach to your work. 🧐
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 💬
• The confidence to handle objections or complaints calmly and effectively. 🧘‍♂️
• Proficiency over the phone, alongside strong writing and numeracy skills. 📞✍️

• Previous experience in a similar operational role. 🧑‍💼
