Your Role as a Data Analyst

We’re looking for a driven and detail-focused Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be analysing real-time sales and profit/loss data to uncover high-margin opportunities and guide decision-making across our product selection and pricing strategies. 💡

You’ll also be contributing to the development of an advanced real-time P&L analysis system, working closely with our external developers to ensure that we’re always one step ahead in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Profitability & Sales Analysis:
Interpret real-time sales and margin data to determine which product batches offer the best return on investment.

Batch Performance Monitoring:
Identify trends and patterns across product batches, supporting smarter purchasing decisions.

Price Setting & Repricing:
Track market trends and competitor pricing to ensure our products are competitively priced without sacrificing profitability. Reassess pricing regularly to adapt to market shifts.

Inventory & Product Mix Strategy:
Collaborate with our purchasing and sales teams to make informed decisions about product selection and inventory control.

Reporting & Insights:
Create detailed reports that help management visualise performance trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

System Development Support:
Provide clear project requirements to external contractors building our custom real-time analysis tools.

Data Accuracy & Efficiency:
Continuously improve how data is collected, organised, and analysed to increase speed and precision.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Able to turn complex datasets into meaningful recommendations.
