As a Wealth Management Operations Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting senior managers and enhancing the daily operations of one of the UK’s leading wealth management firms. You’ll gain hands-on experience, engage with multiple stakeholders, and develop a well-rounded foundation in financial services and operational support.
About the Role:
In this support-focused role, you’ll provide professional administrative and operational assistance to our senior wealth management managers. Your work will directly contribute to the achievement of business targets, efficient workflow management, and seamless collaboration across departments.
You will:
- Prepare digital meeting packs including formatting management information (MI)
- Update and maintain Salesforce records to ensure accuracy in Partner interactions
- Extract and interpret data from systems like Power BI and Salesforce
- Coordinate internal events such as workshops and peer groups
- Assist with logistics for community events, supporting both preparation and on-site delivery
- Handle day-to-day queries and provide solutions by liaising with internal stakeholders
- Prioritise tasks based on urgency and business need
- Take and follow up on meeting minutes where required
- Offer administrative cover during holidays and support the national operations team
- Occasionally cover reception duties including visitor registration and switchboard operations
- Proactively monitor facilities and escalate issues as necessary
- Contribute to process improvements and project delivery within the wider operations team
