We’re hiring a Junior Deburrer / Labourer to join our skilled team of sheet metal workers in Reading. No experience? No problem. Full training will be provided – all we ask for is a great attitude and a willingness to learn!

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the production team, your main responsibility will be working with stainless steel components to help ensure a polished, high-quality finish. Your duties will include:

• Deburring and smoothing metal edges
• Fettling and removing rough spots or flash from cut pieces
• Grinding and shaping edges as per specifications
• Polishing stainless steel using a variety of pneumatic and electric hand tools

You’ll be working with experienced team members who will guide you through each task until you’re confident in your skills.

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shifts
