🎯 Your Core Responsibilities

As an Influencer Account Executive, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional client campaigns from start to finish. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Research & Talent Discovery: Contribute exciting casting ideas, scout unconventional digital-first talent, and keep your ear to the ground for emerging voices in the influencer world.
• Campaign Tracking: Manage talent tracking and campaign progress using internal tools and spreadsheets—accuracy is key!
• Seeding Support: Assist in influencer product seeding—packing, dispatching, and tracking placements.
• Event Planning: Help the team organise and manage campaign-related events and influencer activations.
• Insightful Research: Undertake deep research projects that support strategic decision-making and audience relevance.
• Client Decks & Presentations: Support in creating high-quality decks and presentations for clients—PowerPoint skills essential!
• Client Liaison: Handle mid-level communication with clients and influencers (with senior review), and schedule content approvals.
• Campaign Admin: Book couriers, take notes in meetings, prepare campaign reports, and handle payment processes.
• Industry Networking: Build your own connections across the influencer and content creator landscape, strengthening our agency’s reach.

 What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring a mix of creativity, organisation, and cultural curiosity. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, passionate, and plugged into the influencer and social media scene.

Here’s what will help you shine:

✅ Essential Skills & Experience

•  1–2 years of experience in influencer or talent marketing.
•  Strong understanding of key platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, Twitch.
•  Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and campaign management tools.
•  Good grasp of the industry landscape and major players (both creators and brands).
•  Exceptional organisational and time-management skills—ability to handle multiple projects at once.
•  Competent in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for presentation building.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•  Eye for creativity, pop culture, and up-and-coming digital talent.
•  Ability to adapt to diverse brand categories: beauty, fashion, tech, food, FMCG, alcohol and more.
•  Curious mindset and eagerness to stay ahead of trends, tools, and best practices in social media.
