What You’ll Do

As our Network Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of critical tasks:

• Design & build: You’ll design, develop, and maintain intuitive, self-service network infrastructure products.
• Lead deployments: You will lead VXLAN deployments and ensure seamless data center fabric integration.
• Collaborate on strategy: You’ll work closely with Product Owners to shape roadmaps and manage the entire lifecycle of network products.
• Ensure quality: You will conduct peer reviews to ensure the quality, consistency, and scalability of deployments.
• Drive innovation: You’ll contribute to our Infrastructure-as-Code solutions and embrace continuous improvement.
• Provide support: You will support operations by troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.
• Engage with vendors: You’ll work with key vendors to deliver enterprise-grade infrastructure technology.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with:

• Experience: Hands-on experience managing large enterprise networks (10,000+ devices).
• Technical Expertise: You should have expert-level knowledge of Cisco and Arista platforms, including Arista Fabric with VxLAN.
• Protocol Knowledge: Strong understanding of Layer 2 & 3 protocols, including STP, OSPF, BGP, VxLAN, and EVPN.
• Background: Prior experience in financial services environments, with a focus on multicast market data delivery, is a significant plus.
• Problem-Solving Skills: You must have experience with trader voice infrastructure and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments, along with the ability to lead business-critical incident responses.
• Soft Skills: We need strong collaboration, communication, and technical leadership skills.
• Work Style: Experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to manage individual tasks as part of a larger team.
