What You’ll Be Doing

As our new Influencer Marketing and Community Coordinator, you’ll provide crucial support to the Influencer Marketing & Community Manager. You’ll help develop and roll out impactful influencer campaigns across Europe. Furthermore, this hands-on role will see you build strong partnerships with creators, agents, and agencies, all while keeping our brand voice strong and authentic across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Building and managing a robust database of content creators, influencers, agents, and creative/media agencies. 📸
• Coordinating product gifting, seasonal send-outs, and paid partnerships that perfectly align with key brand moments. 🎁
• Overseeing end-to-end talent management: this involves briefing, negotiating, contracting, and ensuring timely content delivery. ✍️
• Partnering effectively with external agencies to significantly boost social engagement. 📈
• Working closely with legal teams on talent contracts and ensuring all deliverables are clear and met. ✔️
• Tracking budgets meticulously, managing payments, and reporting comprehensively on campaign performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 📊
• Supporting the team with vital market research, competitor monitoring, and detailed post-campaign reporting. 🔍
• Staying ahead of digital trends and consistently bringing fresh ideas to elevate campaign creativity. 💡

What You’ll Need
