Your Mission as Marketing Events Manager

As our Marketing Events Manager, you will bring the essence of Astrid & Miyu to life on a global scale through innovative and immersive activations. Furthermore, you will build deeper connections with our community and showcase the highly sought-after A&M lifestyle. You will achieve this through everything from PR stunts and in-store experiences to large-scale events. 🌍

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Campaign Management: You will own and manage the Brand Marketing calendar. This ensures campaigns, product launches, and store openings come to life with highly engaging events. 📅
• Experiential Leadership: Lead experiential marketing and events for the UK and US markets. Ultimately, you must create $360^{\circ}$ strategies that align perfectly with brand campaigns. 🎪
• Partner Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key agencies, partners, and suppliers to consistently deliver memorable brand experiences. 🤝
• Retail Collaboration: Collaborate closely with retail teams. This ensures that all in-store events effectively reflect both brand values and commercial priorities. 🛍️
• Marketing Guidance: Guide retail and wholesale partners on marketing plans. You will manage this from initial ideation right through to execution, ensuring consistency with the brand voice. 🎨
• Partnerships: Work with the PR & Partnerships Manager to deliver impactful partnerships that successfully elevate the brand. ✨
• Reporting & Insight: Track and report performance on all events and campaigns. Finally, provide crucial insights and recommendations to shape the wider marketing strategy. 📊

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with:

• Proven experience in events and IRL (In Real Life) brand activations, combined with excellent project management skills. ✅
• A creative mindset, bold ideas, and a genuine passion for brand marketing. 💡
• Interest or prior experience in international and retail marketing. 🌐
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong professional network in events management and brand activations. 🚀
• Strong communication skills. You must be a people-person, able to effectively engage with both the community and internal stakeholders. 🗣️
