Role Details
- Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton & Hove BN1 9BL
- Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per year
- Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
What You’ll Do
In this vital role, you will lead and develop fan matchday experiences across all our key locations: the American Express Stadium, Broadfield Stadium, the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, The Terrace, and other supporting venues. Furthermore, you will manage the Event Marketing Executive and Matchday Experience Assistants to deliver memorable events with high impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and overseeing all fan matchday experiences and events.
- Line managing event staff to ensure the seamless execution of all activities.
- Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional events.
- Bringing bold, creative ideas to enhance overall fan engagement.

- Exceptional organizational skills and natural leadership abilities.
