What You’ll Do

As our Marketing & Event Coordinator, you will manage a varied portfolio of responsibilities, ranging from large-scale logistics to essential daily communications:

• Event Planning (Large Scale): You will assist product marketing managers in coordinating large regional conferences, managing logistics, tracking timelines, and ensuring smooth on-site execution.
• Owning Smaller Events: You will manage regional events end-to-end in collaboration with the sales team. This includes ensuring logistics, banners, printed collateral, and branded giveaways are ready and perfectly aligned with brand standards.
• Promotions & Campaigns: You will support quarterly promotions by updating landing pages, preparing persuasive messaging, and working closely with design teams on promotional assets.
• Newsletter Coordination: You will manage the monthly Europe-wide newsletter, collecting content, overseeing rigorous review cycles, and ensuring timely distribution.
• Marketing Collateral: You will maintain marketing materials, ensuring they are always updated, brand-aligned, and ready for distribution when required.
• Campaign Support: You will assist with landing pages, messaging, and promotional assets for key business lines to help maximize customer engagement.

What You’ll Bring

We are seeking a candidate who has:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong writing, meticulous proofreading, and excellent organizational skills.
• A genuine interest in marketing tools and a drive for innovative approaches (a “test, learn, and improve” mindset).
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration and time management abilities.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is a bonus.
• Experience working directly with field sales teams is an advantage, but not mandatory.
