About the Role
Concept Culture is a specialist branding and marketing agency. Specifically, we work with clients across Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, Placemaking, and Property. We’re searching for a motivated, design-savvy marketeer who enjoys creating engaging content and bringing inspiring stories about people and places to life.
Working closely with the Creative Director, you will support a diverse range of marketing initiatives for both clients and our internal digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities will include:

Digital Campaigns: Run digital marketing campaigns and track their performance effectively.

Content Creation: Create compelling content across websites, blogs, newsletters, podcasts, social media, and event marketing materials.

Project Support: Support project delivery, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met accurately.

Collateral Production: Produce essential marketing collateral for business development needs.

Data Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.

Online Management: Publish and manage content across Concept Culture’s own online channels.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to deliver inspiring content.
What We’re Looking For
We seek a candidate who possesses:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications (whether agency, in-house, or freelance).

Industry Background: A background in Placemaking, Architecture, Real Estate, Property, Construction, or Arts & Culture is necessary.

Design & Storytelling: Strong design awareness and a robust ability to tell compelling stories.

Copywriting: Excellent copywriting skills across multiple digital platforms.

Graphic Skills: The ability to create simple graphics for marketing use.

Technical Tools: Experience using digital and design tools.

Mindset: A proactive mindset, comfortable working independently within a fast-paced, remote team.

Networking: Enjoys building connections and networking.
Role Details

Pay: £100 – £120 per day.

Contract: This is a Fixed-term (12 months), Part-time, Freelance, or Zero-hours contract.

Schedule: 1–3 days per week, with Flexitime options available.

Location: Hybrid work model. However, you must attend necessary meetings in London SE1 once per week.
