About the Role

As a Marketing and Events Coordinator, you will play a central role in planning and delivering essential marketing activities and events that directly bring ETF’s mission to life. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the engagement strategy for the Further Education (FE) and Skills sector.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Event Coordination: You will coordinate engaging webinars, workshops, and conferences, managing logistics for both online and in-person formats.
• Digital Campaigns: You will manage social media and email campaigns that significantly boost engagement and visibility for ETF’s programs.
• Content Support: You will support the creation of digital marketing assets and promotional content across various channels.
• Collaboration: You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the seamless execution of all marketing and event activities.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a motivated self-starter who excels at organization and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates will bring:

• Proven experience managing marketing campaigns across email, web, and social media platforms.
• Excellent event coordination skills, including managing both online and in-person events successfully.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Confidence in liaising with venues, suppliers, and various stakeholders.
• Basic content creation skills and a good understanding of necessary digital tools.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• An awareness of reporting, budgeting, and data management best practices.

Key Information

• Salary: Starting from £30,850 per annum (with progression opportunities).
• Location: London Victoria (159 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9SP) / Hybrid working model.
• Contract: Permanent, Full-Time.
