About the Role

As a key member of our fast-paced marketing team, you’ll provide essential administrative and creative support to our Sales and Relationship teams. Therefore, your work will directly help us deliver meaningful marketing initiatives and events. Key Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities will involve:

• Marketing Administration: You will coordinate the day-to-day administration of marketing activities across the business.
• Event Management: You will organize and deliver events, managing them from the initial planning stages to final execution.
• Communication Support: You will manage communications, including emails, mailing lists, and event invitations.
• Content Creation: You will support content creation at events, including filming and editing.
• Marketing Collateral: You will keep marketing collateral up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Merchandise and Gifts: You will oversee the distribution of merchandise and gifts, tracking costs and inventory.
• Reporting: You will prepare reports, statistics, and presentations to support marketing strategies.
• Budget Management: You will manage invoice processing and keep accurate budget records.
• Brand Ambassador: You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our tone and style are consistent in all communication.
• Technology Adoption: You will learn and use various marketing tools to support customer-centric campaigns.
• Industry Insights: You will stay informed on industry trends and explore new technologies to keep us ahead of the curve.
