Role Details

• Location: Southampton
• Pay: You’ll earn between £11.80 and £12.66 per hour.
• Job Type: We offer permanent, part-time, and full-time positions.
• Shifts: You’ll work a minimum of one evening shift and alternate weekends.

What You’ll Do

As a Care Assistant in our Extra Care units, you’ll help residents live as independently as possible in their own self-contained flats with convenient on-site support. You’ll be there to lend a hand with daily tasks, for example, household chores, preparing a warm meal 🍲, assisting with getting ready for the day, managing medication, or simply sharing a laugh and offering a listening ear.

Ultimately, your companionship and support mean the world to our residents and their families. This role truly makes a difference, even when days are tough, because someone like you is there for them.
