What You’ll Do

Volunteering in our shops is incredibly varied and rewarding; in fact, no two days are ever the same! Typical tasks include:

• Serving customers: You will handle payments and deliver excellent customer service. 🛒
• Managing donations: You will sort, price, and prepare donated items for sale. 🧺
• Creating displays: You will create eye-catching window and shop displays. 🎨
• Maintaining the shop: You will help keep the shop clean, tidy, and well-organized. 🧹
• Engaging with community: You will chat with customers and members of the local community. 🤝
• Ensuring safety: You will follow our up-to-date health, safety, and social distancing measures. 🛡️
