Your Contribution to Our Business Management Placement

In this position, you will work closely with the Operations Executive Department. Your efforts support the smooth day-to-day functioning of our historic Club. Specifically, you will report to the Director of Operations while collaborating with various internal teams. These include Membership, Marketing, Music, and Events. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates. Therefore, it provides invaluable insight into how a luxury hospitality business operates behind the scenes.

Core Tasks for an Operations Support Assistant

You will manage a variety of important tasks to keep our standards high. Specifically, your duties involve:

  • Daily Coordination: You will support administrative tasks within the Operations team.

  • Internal Liaison: You will act as a vital link between departments to ensure seamless communication.

  • Event Planning: You will assist in delivering internal and member-facing events. 🎶🍽️

  • Record Keeping: You will maintain accurate records for compliance and training.

  • Administrative Support: You will help with training schedules and meeting agendas.

  • Finance Assistance: You will assist with procurement, requisitions, and tracking invoices.

  • Process Improvement: You will contribute to projects that enhance member satisfaction.

Traits of a Successful Hospitality Trainee

We seek individuals who truly care about luxury service. Ideally, you possess the following skills:

  • Education: You are currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality or Business.

  • Organization: You are highly organized and handle multitasking with ease.

  • Communication: You possess strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

  • Software: You are proficient in Microsoft Office. In addition, knowledge of Micros or SevenRooms is a big plus.

  • Legal: You must hold the Right to Work in the UK. 🇬🇧
