About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force supporting the Store Manager in delivering seamless operations and unforgettable customer experiences. You’ll inspire your team, drive performance, and even get hands-on training in Piercing and Jewellery Welding to support our specialist services. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role perfect for someone who loves leading, coaching, and making an impact while learning new skills.

What You’ll Do

• Customer Experience: You’ll provide a world-class customer experience, ensuring every interaction is warm, personal, and memorable.
• Drive Performance: You’ll support in driving sales, KPIs, and store performance, spotting growth opportunities along the way.
• Specialized Services: You’ll get fully certified in Piercing and Jewellery Welding and help deliver these unique customer services.
• Team Leadership: You’ll coach, train, and motivate your team to unlock their full potential.
• Operational Excellence: You’ll ensure operational excellence in stock control, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.
• Step Up to Lead: You’ll step up confidently to lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings:

• 2–3 years’ experience in retail, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury.
• Strong leadership and motivational qualities for a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
• A results-driven approach and confidence with KPIs and sales targets.
• A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused attitude.
• A passion for fashion and styling, along with an eye for trends.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• No experience in Piercing or Jewellery Welding is necessary—we’ll provide full training!
