Key Responsibilities

As the Event Marketing Manager, you will drive our event strategy and execution:

• Sales Alignment: You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure our event marketing strategies align perfectly with account plans. 🤝
• Execution & Lead Generation: Plan, execute, and track global event participation to maximize lead generation and pipeline growth. 📊
• Optimization: Define clear marketing objectives for all events, accurately measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and recommend strategies for optimization. 🎯
• Strategy Development: Contribute to the strategic development of event marketing plans, ensuring they align with overall business goals. 🧩
• Budget Management: Manage event marketing budgets, meticulously track costs, and report on budget utilization. 💰
• Central Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for event marketing, providing essential support to all cross-functional teams. 🗂️
• Logistics: Ensure smooth communication of all event logistics, including schedules, locations, registration, and attendee details. 📝
• Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, and evaluate third-party opportunities to enhance exposure and reduce costs. 🤝
• Business Insight: Stay well-informed about business development strategies and ensure event marketing aligns with key company priorities. 🔍
• Project Leadership: Lead projects and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional event experiences on schedule and within budget. ⏱️

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in event or field marketing, including managing trade show projects. 🏆
• B2B Experience: Experience in B2B or B2G marketing ecosystems is preferred.
• Core Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills are essential. 💬
• Adaptability: The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ⚡
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and analyzing marketing funnel metrics.
• Travel: You must be prepared for occasional travel (less than 20% of the time). ✈️
