Programme Overview
This is the Supply Chain Management Trainee Programme, designed to build future leaders in our operations.
- Location: White City, London
- Duration: 18 months
- Start Dates: July 2026 or January 2027
- Salary: Competitive £35,000 per year

You will join a cohort of up to 28 graduates each year from diverse academic backgrounds. Over three exciting rotations, you will explore different areas of supply chain operations, including forecasting and sourcing, logistics, and distribution. Therefore, you will build a well-rounded understanding of how our products move from creation to consumer.
What You’ll Do
As a Supply Chain Management Trainee, you’ll collaborate with our factories across Europe. Furthermore, you will work alongside Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure products are delivered on time, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Forecasting and Demand: Forecast demand and manage product potential across various markets. 📊
- International Coordination: Coordinate major brand launches with our teams based in Paris. 🌍
- Project Leadership: You will lead real-world projects in our Distribution Centres in Nottingham or Manchester. 🚚
- Strategy Development: Develop strategies to improve service levels and reduce costs. 💡
- Exposure: Gain direct exposure to Sourcing, Planning, and Operational teams. 🤝
What We’re Looking For

- Previous work experience or internships are preferred.
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be a final-year student graduating in 2026 or a recent graduate (within the last two years).
- Critically, you must be available to start in either July 2026 or January 2027.
