• Location: Flexible! Choose between fully Remote (UK-based), our Northampton office, or a hybrid arrangement.

• Salary: £25,400 – £28,400 per year

• Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

As a YouTube Talent Assistant, you will directly support content creators. Your responsibilities will include managing crucial brand deals, coordinating essential communications, and playing a key role in their content and business growth. Whether you are new to the industry or already passionate about digital media, you will thrive if you are confident, personable, and excited about the world of online content.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your core responsibilities will focus on commercial support and talent coordination:

• Negotiating Deals: You will be actively negotiating sponsorships and brand deals. 🤝

• Client Communication: You will communicate with talent regarding sponsorships, production schedules, and business meetings.

• Contract Support: You will support contract reviews and negotiations. 📝

• Performance Tracking: You will report key performance metrics and meticulously track revenue statistics. 📊

• Marketing & Social Media: You will provide marketing, advertising, and social media support.

• Creative Assistance: You will assist creators with various creative and business tasks. 🎨

• Idea Generation: You will pitch ideas for talent development and sponsored content. 💡

Furthermore, you will work closely with creators, brands, and internal teams. Consequently, you should be prepared to travel occasionally for events and client meetings both locally and abroad. 🌍✈️

Who We’re Looking For

Even without direct experience, your positive attitude, strong communication skills, and initiative matter most.
