The Role
This position is a 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) based in our vibrant London office in Camden. You will sit within the Post Production department, specifically supporting the online and finishing team to deliver high-quality content that millions of families enjoy every day.
Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the Post Production and Final Post Editing teams across a broad range of tasks, including:

Project Support: Assisting the team with various audio and video tasks as necessary.

Preparation: Preparing projects for Online and Grade sessions, including basic tasks in these areas.

Technical Fixes: Exporting materials and applying fixes using tools like After Effects, Premiere, Resolve, and Pro Tools.

Graphics Integration: Preparing and integrating basic graphics such as titles, lower thirds, simple motion graphics, and end cards.

Workflow Support: Assisting with ingest, exports, and conforming projects from offline edits.

Quality Control: Performing basic QC checks and logging any issues related to picture, sound, color, or graphics.

Media Management: Supporting technical workflows through encoding, transcoding, media clean-up, and re-conforming archive content.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and deeply passionate about the “finishing” side of post-production. Specifically, we are looking for:

Technical Knowledge: Intermediate skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and Pro Tools.

Asset Prep: Basic Photoshop skills for asset preparation are preferred.

Creative Interest: A strong desire to develop your skills further in Online and Grade work.

Standards Awareness: A developing understanding of broadcast and digital delivery standards.

Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow technical instructions accurately.

Attitude: A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Desired Experience

Previous experience in an internship, trainee, or junior role within post-production or media.

Familiarity with basic color correction, shot matching, and timeline management.

An interest in children’s content and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
