🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Development Representative at Atlassian, you’ll work with our Sales and Customer Success teams to build strong pipelines and connect our solutions with potential customers.
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
📞 Prospecting and Outreach
- Proactively identify and reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, video, and calls
- Navigate objections by presenting value-based solutions to customer challenges
- Deliver personalised messaging in English and German or French
📈 Lead Generation and Pipeline Building
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Sales Account Executives
- Contribute directly to pipeline growth in key markets across Europe
- Partner with Success Account Managers to uncover expansion opportunities
💬 Communication and Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with the Sales team to understand customer needs
- Stay aligned with internal stakeholders on pipeline and performance metrics
- Use tools like Salesforce (SFDC), Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage outreach and activity
About You:
We’re looking for passionate, people-driven communicators who want to make a difference while developing their careers in a fast-growing global tech company.
✅ Minimum Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme, graduating by June 2025
- Fluency in English AND either German or French
- 0–1 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (internships or co-ops are fine!)
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools, or eager to learn
