Daily Life as a Junior Product Specialist
This is a hands-on, varied role. You will support our NPD and Development Chef teams from the initial concept to the final launch. For instance, you will assist with new recipe development, kitchen trials, and product improvements. You will also make samples, support tastings, and manage vital raw materials. Furthermore, you will run your own smaller development projects with guidance from senior staff.
You will help coordinate factory trials and collect data. Consequently, you will learn how products scale from a small kitchen to full production. Moreover, you will keep our development kitchen organized and running smoothly. This is a busy, collaborative environment. Therefore, you will see your ideas take shape and gain exposure to every part of the product development process.
