Your Role as a BDR
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be on the frontlines of our sales process. Your mission? To spark interest, engage prospects, qualify leads, and pass the baton to our seasoned account managers.
Working within a dedicated territory – either by industry or geography – you’ll act as a brand ambassador and lead generator, supporting marketing efforts while learning how to thrive in a sales-driven environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
- Identify, pursue, and qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Engage prospects through the Customer Engagement Lifecycle
- Position our solutions to highlight key benefits and create value
- Work closely with sales colleagues to manage pipeline progression
- Use our CRM system to track all leads and update statuses in real-time
- Stay alert to competitor offerings and refine your approach accordingly
Territory Management
- Keep an active log of all hot and warm leads
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, history, and contacts
- Turn marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified leads
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Get involved in marketing campaigns and represent us at events when needed
Personal & Professional Development
- Create your own business development plan and career objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and market shifts
- Participate in internal training and upskilling programmes
- Share your knowledge and mentor new BDRs as you grow
Performance Metrics
- Smash your monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
- Ensure a strong conversion rate of leads to live opportunities
- Build long-term relationships that increase prospect engagement
- Take part in team promotions, competitions, and company-wide campaigns
Who We’re Looking For
