About the Role – Junior Data Analyst
As a Junior Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in transforming raw data into valuable insights that shape business strategies and product development. You’ll work directly with internal teams to extract and interpret data, uncover patterns, and produce high-quality reports that guide key decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll wear many hats and be involved in a wide range of tasks, including:
Extracting, cleaning, and organising large datasets from various sources to make them readable and actionable
Using statistical methods to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data for diagnostic and predictive purposes
Creating insightful reports and visualisations that inform product and business decisions
Collaborating with engineering and product teams to fine-tune data collection methods and optimise analytics workflows
Supporting database design and the development of efficient data systems
Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all analytical reports
Taking part in regular training sessions to stay updated with emerging trends in data analysis and tech tools
Ideal Candidate – Skills & Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who’s curious, analytical, and ready to learn fast! You’ll be a great fit if you have:
A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another relevant STEM field
A strong grasp of data modelling, database design, and data segmentation techniques
Proficiency with tools like Python, SQL, R, or other data languages and libraries
Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel, SAS, SPSS, or Power BI
