Your Impact as a Quality Assurance and Technical Expert
You will join our Food Technical team to ensure excellence across our supply chain. Specifically, you will work to maintain the high standards that our customers expect every day. This role is vital for keeping our ingredients safe and high-quality. Furthermore, you will support products from their initial development phase until they reach a customer’s kitchen. As a result, you will drive improvements through technical insights and close collaboration with internal teams. This is an exciting chance to grow your career in an innovative food business.
Core Responsibilities for Food Quality Monitoring
In this position, you will perform many vital tasks to ensure safety and excellence. For instance, you will handle the following duties:

Data Management: You will collect and maintain data for key performance indicators. Then, you will use this data to investigate deliveries and monitor compliance.

Supplier Relations: You will manage supplier non-conformances by investigating complaints. Additionally, you will coordinate raw material issues and build positive working relationships.

Planning: You will organize technical schedules to deliver routine activities on time.

Product Development: You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to hit project milestones.

Quality Testing: You will arrange benchmarking sessions, transit trials, and raw material sign-offs.

Technical Writing: You will complete raw material specifications and approve artwork.

Auditing: You will conduct internal audits to keep our standards high.

Travel: You will support departmental goals and travel between Gousto sites and supplier locations.
Candidate Profile for Technical Excellence
We are looking for someone with a background in food manufacturing. Ideally, you understand food safety principles and quality standards for raw materials. Also, you must show excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Moreover, you should feel comfortable using computer applications, particularly Google Workspace. You must communicate well with various stakeholders and handle deadlines under pressure. Finally, you need a collaborative mindset and a willingness to travel to different sites.
Your Education and Certificates:

Food Safety Level 2.

Note: A degree in Food Technology or Microbiology is a plus but not a requirement.
