Your Role as a Sales Assistant 👗

As a Sales Assistant, you will be a direct representative of Mango’s image. You’ll deliver exceptional service, foster customer loyalty, and ensure our store consistently remains welcoming and beautifully presented.

• Contract: This is a 20-hour fixed-term position, requiring availability to meet store needs.
• Location: You’ll be based at our prominent 2 Oxford Street, London W1D store.
• Job Type: This is a Part-Time role.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Your daily tasks will include:

• Greeting customers: Always greet customers with a friendly smile and a helpful attitude.
• Providing advice: Offer knowledgeable advice on our products to help customers discover exactly what they’ll love.
• Assisting multiple customers: Expertly assist several customers at once while always delivering excellent service.
• Achieving targets: Understand and actively work to exceed both individual and team sales targets.
• Prioritizing service: Consistently place outstanding customer service above all other tasks.
• Enhancing experience: Provide additional services that genuinely enhance the shopping experience and maximize sales.
• Maintaining the store: Help maintain an attractive, organized, and well-stocked store environment.

You have a love for fashion, possess strong communication skills, and naturally deliver an excellent customer experience that drives sales. While not essential, previous experience in fashion retail is definitely a plus!
