Shift Patterns

We understand the need for work-life balance, which is why we offer two distinct options:

• Full-Time: A 6 am to 4 pm schedule following a two-week rotation.

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday.

  • Week 2: Tuesday through Friday.

• Part-Time: A consistent schedule working 3 days per week.

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Shift Technical Manager, you will take a proactive lead in site safety. Your mission involves:

• Process Auditing: You will monitor, control, and audit the production process to ensure total compliance.

• Communication: You will ensure that all instances of conformity and non-conformity are reported, followed up, and officially closed off.

• Incident Investigation: You will lead investigations into food safety incidents using root cause analysis to prevent future issues.

• External Accreditation: You will support the site management team during vital audits, such as BRC and Morrisons manufacturing standards.

• New Product Support: You will assist the production team during the exciting launch phases of new product lines.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a team player with a “can-do” attitude. To be successful, you should possess:

• Technical Expertise: Previous experience within a food technical role or a similar environment.

• Qualifications: Ideally, you hold a HACCP or a general food safety qualification.

• Digital Literacy: Good PC skills, with a particular comfort using Google Suite tools.

• Assertiveness: The confidence to challenge processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Precision: A keen eye for detail is essential for maintaining our rigorous safety standards.
