We are actively seeking friendly, enthusiastic individuals to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis. You’ll work 15–30 hours per week, with the flexibility to pick up extra hours if you choose! Plus, you can earn £12.21 an hour, rising to £12.51 after probation, along with an average bonus of 89p per hour.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Colleague, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience. Your key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers: You’ll greet customers warmly and, through engaging conversations, help them find the perfect products for their needs.
• Creating memorable interactions: You’ll share your knowledge and enthusiasm to make every customer interaction enjoyable and memorable.
• Offering helpful services: You’ll provide valuable information on services such as delivery, installation, recycling, and payment solutions.
• Driving store success: You’ll play your part in the store’s overall success by consistently achieving sales targets and supporting different departments as needed.
• Ensuring smooth operations: You’ll complete everyday operational tasks to keep the store running smoothly and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking team members who are:

• Friendly and approachable, ready to connect with customers and colleagues alike.
• Willing to learn about the latest technology (don’t worry, we’ll provide comprehensive training!).
• Confident in achieving sales and service goals.
• Happy to work weekends and flexible store hours (our stores typically open 7 days a week, from 9 am to 8 pm).
