In this position, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across various hospital areas, including wards and bathrooms in low and medium secure environments. Your Role as a Cleaning Assistant

In this role, you will:

  •  Clean a wide range of areas across the hospital, including wards, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring high levels of cleanliness are maintained at all times.
  • Work within low and medium secure environments, maintaining cleanliness in sensitive areas such as patient wards, staff areas, and communal spaces.
  • Demonstrate an exceptional standard of cleanliness and take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services.
  • Be part of a team that values attention to detail and excellence in cleanliness, playing an essential role in supporting the overall wellbeing of both staff and patients.
  • Be flexible and demonstrate initiative, adapting to various areas within the hospital as needed, while communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Ensure that cleaning standards are consistent across all public and back-of-house areas to create a safe and pleasant environment for everyone.
