🔧 Key Responsibilities of the Assembly Operator
As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting high-performance marine components. Your role will include:
✅ Component Assembly:
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to specifications, drawings, and work instructions.
- Ensure that all products meet design and operational standards before moving to the next stage of production.
✅ Quality Control & Inspection:
- Conduct detailed inspections of parts and finished products, identifying any defects or inconsistencies.
- Follow strict quality assurance guidelines to ensure only the best products reach the market.
✅ Operating Tools & Machinery:
- Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and automated machinery for assembly tasks.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of machines and report any issues to the supervisor.
✅ Following Safety & Operational Procedures:
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in the assembly process.
✅ Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of assembly times, materials used, and any production issues encountered.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to streamline the production process.
✅ Team Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Work closely with technicians, engineers, and other operators to meet production goals.
- Provide input on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

✔ Physical Stamina: Comfortable with standing for extended periods, performing manual tasks, and lifting moderate weights.
