What You’ll Do

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for:

• Driving Business Efficiency: You will use analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling to boost key business metrics like customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Building Strategic Data Models: You will leverage tools like dbt, Databricks, and SQL to create robust, scalable data frameworks that are directly aligned with business goals.
• Diving into Performance: You will work collaboratively with operations and category teams to align data insights, uncover performance gaps, and identify growth levers.
• Solving Real Problems: You will conduct A/B tests and explore data to solve practical challenges across all departments.
• Making Data Speak: You will present your findings to both technical and non-technical audiences in a way that inspires action and change.

What You Bring

We are looking for someone with:

• Over three years of experience in a Data Scientist role, with a strong preference for e-commerce or retail.
• Advanced skills in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for collaborative teamwork.
