 Your Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As a Healthcare Sales Assistant, you’ll deliver complete care. That means offering trusted advice, tailored product recommendations, and outstanding service.

Here’s what your day might include:

  • Giving holistic health advice – Understand customer needs and recommend products and services that promote wellness.
  • Engaging with customers – Use The Boots Healthcare Way to start conversations and offer multiple solutions.
  • Staying up to date – Become your store’s Health & Wellbeing Ambassador, learning about new products and wellness trends.
  • Promoting Boots digital tools – Guide customers to online services like Boots.com and the Online Doctor.
  • Building customer relationships – Connect with the local community and become a trusted face in-store.
  • Referring customers to experts – When needed, guide patients to the right healthcare professional, such as a pharmacist.
